PHASE 1 STEP 5 - DECISION MAKING: SELECT THE BEST SOLUTION THROUGH INTERVIEW WITH EXPERTS

Image
TASK 1 Knowledge and understanding of leadership    From my point of view, leadership brings challenges to cope with the changes and problems that happen during the work in order to achieve the goals. When negotiating and making decisions, it is critical to be aware of what you feel the situation is, why you believe the situation is being formed, and how you solved the situation. It's as simple as expressing your assumptions with others, especially team members, to avoid making assumptions. As the group's leader, I learned how to lead my members and improved my leadership skills by participating in this CID Project. I had personally messaged the expert via WhatsApp to make an appointment after discussing with the members who we wanted to interview. Thankfully, the expert has consented to perform a WhatsApp text interview. Then, as we had all agreed, I split several responsibilities among my members, including conducting the interview session and recording and writing th...

PHASE 1 STEP 4 - IDENTIFY POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

TASK 1 Problem-solving process. Instead of putting off getting the vaccine, concentrate on getting it.   It's critical to acknowledge people's fears and questions about immunization. These concerns are frequently reinforced by a systemic racism-based distrust of medical institutions. Sharing positive information about vaccination safety and effectiveness is critical; because most people desire a vaccine to protect themselves from covid19 infection. "Beliefs about someone else's vaccination acceptance boost one's vaccine acceptance," according to a new study, whereas "hesitation" remarks create a vicious loop. Always use simple language and make sure your messages are linguistically and culturally appropriate for your primary audience.   Dispel myths regarding the COVID-19 vaccination.   Another recent study discovered that much of the disinformation about COVID-19 vaccines on social media was spread by a small group of people which is a g...

PHASE 1 STEP 3 - IDENTIFY ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS THROUGH LITERACY REVIEWS

Image
List of Answer 1)     Launch an awareness campaign on the importance of vaccines in preventing Covid-19 Through an awareness campaign on the importance of this vaccine, it can to some extent make the public aware of the benefits of getting Covid-19 vaccine injection and the effects if most of us refusing to take it. This campaign should be known by all Malaysians throughout the country and it including rural areas. The best and most efficient way to spread this campaign is through mass media such as television and radio broadcasts and through the internet. This is because in this modern age, almost all Malaysians have gadgets that help in daily life. In addition, campaigns in each state are also encouraged so that the rural population can find out about the problems that will occur if some Malaysians do not take the Covid-19 vaccines.   2)     Establishment of authorities to detect those who use fake vaccine certificates In reducing the s...

Task planning ATTACHMENT 1 1) What is Covid-19 and when it started ? The  COVID-19 pandemic , also known as the  coronavirus pandemic , is an ongoing global  pandemic  of  coronavirus disease 2019  (COVID-19) caused by  severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2  (SARS-CoV-2). The  novel virus  was first identified in the Chinese city of  Wuhan  in December 2019; a  lockdown there  and in other cities in surrounding  Hubei  failed to contain the outbreak. Multiple  variants of the virus  detected which are the  Alpha ,  Beta ,  Gamma ,  Delta and the latest variant omicron .
